CONRAIL CONTROL POINT Signs
Location signs were critical as an instrument for daily operation of any railroad. This decal set specifically covers the
signage used by Conrail which was typically found attached to signal cabinets adjacent to interlockings. This set does
include the alphanumerics for any conceivable need, there are some pre-arranged words for you use as well.
For making your own sign, figure out what you would like to have on your sign. Then using the chart given, you can
calculate the size of a piece of styrene. Cut to shape and then paint it Conrail blue. Then apply the decals and finish
appropriately for your era.

This style of signage was in use during the majority of the Conrail era and is still used on former Conrail lines today.
Detailed instructions for decaling can be found in any standard set given by major manufacturers supplied with their
product, such as Microscale.
